In 1990, I started as a receptionist at V&A at the Columbia location and did not realize how passionate I would become for the salon and all the staff. Over the years I continued to learn more about the operations of the business and in 2005, bought the salon alongside longtime stylist, Scott Schmidt.

Growing with the salon and the team has been such a rewarding experience. I love seeing the staff gain skills and grow into their careers all while making such strong connections with their clients and one another. I am grateful for the amazing team and supportive clients V&A has had over the years, especially with our most recent move to Clarksville Commons in 2018!

In my personal life, I enjoy spending it with my daughters and friends. We love to support local restaurants and find new ones to visit as well. I also enjoy the outdoors and traveling to different cities when time allows, though a simple trip to the beach never disappoints!
